The Outside Delivery Radius Message that is displayed if a guest tries to place an order for an address that is outside of your delivery radius can be edited in Configuration > Messaging.
The message can be up to 500 characters (including space).
To edit that message, click on the Edit button for Message for outside delivery radius field.
Edit the message and then click on SAVE.
The change will take effect on your online ordering system immediately. This message can be edited at any time.
