Your booking system is provided with our standard email features and favouritetable standard branding.
Whilst this is fine for the majority of our restaurant partners, some of our customers like to have the option to customize email communication to guests, in keeping with their brand. To this effect, we offer different options to suit requirements.
This option allows you to add specific text to the email that is sent to the guest. It could be via using specific tags such as "Table Return Time, or specific information about the restaurant's booking policy, allergens, etc. Any of the wording can be changed to suit the way you want to engage with your guests (for example, a fine dining restaurant may use a very polite writing style, whilst an American diner may use a more laid-back or friendly tone.

The cost of this option is £5 per month (per site if you are a multi-site operator).
Changes have to be requested by creating a ticket with the help-desk.
This option allows you to create an unlimited number of designs, including buttons, fonts, colours, logos, etc to design each email to your exacting standards. The system provides a full HTML editor. You store images and buttons on your server / website. You can even create different style email templates based on the type of email (Confirmation, Reminder, Cancelation, etc…), down to a specific date range, day and service. For example, you may want to design a specific email template just for guests who book for Dinner on Valentine's Day, or a specific Festive design for all bookings made between 25th November & 24th December, and so on. The only limit is your imagination… and your time.
If you are a multi site operator you can also create your email template designs at Company level, which will automatically be applied to all locations within your estate. Unless each location is unique, in which case your template designs will need to be created at location level.
All templates are date effective (with a start & end date), which means that you can be very pro-active and create your templates ahead of time.
As of January 1st, 2023, the following charges apply:
The cost of this option is £5 per month (per site if you are a multi-site operator). This is self-managed, so you have total ownership of your email templates. Should you require assistance from our design team for design or corrections, this is charged at our standard hourly rate.
If you do not have the in-house expertise to design your branded email templates, we offer that service.

We will always send you a quote that needs to be agreed, prior to starting any design / integration work.
Please note that all branding options are above and over the monthly subscription that we charge, which is for the use of the software ‘as is’. Whilst we can accommodate any deviation from the standard system with regards to branding or bespoke functionality, we have to make a charge for our time spent making those bespoke changes and account for any extra work that is involved in maintaining those specific changes (to keep in line with new software releases, changes in technology standards, etc…).
