The Multi-Factor Authentication offers an additional layer of security to monitor which users log into your booking system, on various devices.

When Multi-Factor Authentication is enabled, the system will automatically send an authentication code to the registered email for that user. The authentication lasts for 14 days (if option is selected).

When login in on a new device, or outside the Authentication period, the system will display teh below message.

Check your email to see the verification code.

Dear [FIRSTNAME] [LASTNAME], 

We received a request to access your favouritetable account name@youremail.com through your email address. 

Your Favouritetable verification code is: 440843

If you did not request this code, it is possible that someone else is trying to access the Favouritetable Account name@youremail.com. Do not forward or give this code to anyone.

Enter that code in the Verification Code: field, select the option Remember me for 14 days (if appropriate) and then click on CONTINUE to access your booking system.
