The online ordering module allows you to do the following:
Dashboard
This is the main screen that you see when you log onto the online ordering platform, providing you with key sales information information for the selected week.
Customers orders
This page lets you manage the lifecycle of each order, for the selected date.
- Mark orders as received
- Mark orders as accepted
- Mark orders as ready
- Mark orders as completed
- Refund an order (in part or as a whole)
- Cancel an order
- Reject an order
It also allows you to:
- Print an order
- Print an order receipt
- Print item labels for an order.
Waiting list
This page allows you to manage any enquiries from guests who have added themselves to a waiting list (if no availability was found when trying to order).
Promotions
This page allows you to create an unlimited number of promotional codes (date & time effective).
- Promo codes can be public (available to everyone) or private (used to send directly to guests or via a newsletter).
- Promotions can apply to food, drinks, both or selected items only.
- Promotions can be made available to collection only, deliveries only or both.
Menus
This page allows you to create an unlimited number of menus, each with their own availability (start time / end time, start date / end date), cut off time and schedule allocation (days of the week) and status (available / not available).
Menu items
This is the page where you create all your menu items that includes:
- Description
- Prices
- VAT rates
- Additional menu item options
- Allergens information
- Dietary information
- Status (available / not available)
Timeslots
This is the page where you define the various schedules for order availability
- Schedules (days)
- Start and end times
- Time slots
- Number of orders available for each time slot (collection & delivery).
Block timeslots
On this page you can specify any restrictions you require for when ordering is not available

- Whether it applies to collection, deliveries or both
Stock
This page lets you specify the number of items you have available for specific menu items i.e. for any dish that contains chicken, for evry day of the selected week.
Capacity control
This page allows you stipulate a set number available for any menu items per time slot, if you have a restriction. For example, your pizza oven can only manage 6 pizzas per 15 minutes timeslot.

On this page, you manage the following elements:
- Cut off time
- Delivery charges & rules
- Opt-in rules
- Messages (narratives)
- Any other configuration
System settings
This page allows you to make key changes to the way your system works and is mostly managed by our support team.
Notifications
This page allows you to manage the various automated email & SMS templates used during the management of an order:
- Order received
- Order accepted
- Order ready
- Order completed
- Order cancelled
- Order rejected
- Order updated
- Order waiting
Reports
Standard reports
- Item Report - Summary This report prints the item report for the selected date range and time.
- Item Report - Detail Suitable for Set Menus, where the item options are configured as independent items. This report prints the item report for the selected date range and time.
- Capacity Daily Summary Show capacity for each time interval and sold status of the selected day.
- Export Order Data This utility enables you to download your order data in CSV format. Filters include date range(from – to date).
Analytical reports
- Annual Statistics This report shows a breakdown of the number of orders registered in the system for each month of the selected year.
- Transaction Report This report shows ordered food / drink items between two dates
- Revenue Report This report shows you daily payments of the month
