You can refund part or the whole amount of an order if:
For all orders that have been pre-paid, the refund is made automatically from your STRIPE account - it may take up to 3 to 5 days for the refund to reach your guest's account.
To Make a refund, click on the Change Status drop down box for that order and select Refund.
The following information is requiered:
Once done, click on PROCESS REFUND.
The transaction will show that a refund has been made for that order and the amount that was refunded.
Please note that you cannot refund more than the original amount paid for the order.
