We do not make day to day changes to booking systems, as this is the responsibility of the restaurants. We are however always happy to provide you with personal assistance to show you how to make your changes.
As an added value service, Favouritetable offers its Restaurant Partners the ability to book personalized telephone calls & web screen sharing sessions to assist you in managing your booking system better. The appointment is provided by your dedicated Support Manager.
This free service is provided in addition to our extensive online-help.

Telephone appointments & short web screen sharing appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes.
Web training sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes and you can have up to 9 people attending the session. For Web Training Sessions, if you make an appointment and fail to attend your appointment without notifying us, we reserve the right to charge for any further future web training sessions at our current rate (£60 per training session).
