A Special Offer is an option that allows the guest to make a reservation for something other than the standard A la Carte menu. See example below for ‘Tapas Menu’:

It is important that you provide the guest with as much information as possible, so that they can make a quick and informed choice when booking. This should include:

As you can see from the above, a lot of thoughts and consideration goes into creating a Special Offer. It only takes a few minutes to setup, as long as all the information is available.
The key element is: be pro-active and plan ahead, to ensure the correct and timely execution of your special offer. This will allow you to test it before it goes live, to ensure that everything is correct.
