They were absolutely brilliant, no question was too small or too trivial. They were extremely fast in getting the takeaway/collection system off the ground, it’s not just a really good software program but they understand how restaurants work. They also assisted us with QR codes for our menus, that we can change via the addition of a marketing page that we can access. They are totally on top of all COVID safe rules and regulations and are always offering us valid and useful information.

The FavouriteTable System offers so many benefits, too many to mention in just a few lines, but to summarize the FavouriteTable System enables our customers to book directly via the website relieving the pressure from the pub phones.

With the system we've been able to design the most effective table layouts, ultimately it controls the flow of customers through our doors relieving the pressure on our chefs and front of house staff giving the customers and ourselves a pleasurable eating/serving experience.

It’s hard to measure how software sometimes impacts on profitability, but the feeling is, that it has helped reduced our staff wage bill and increased profitability.
