Favouritetable heralded as true innovator at ‘Reading’s Digital Revolution’ Exhibition

[28th March, 2025 - Reading, UK] – Favouritetable, the pioneering restaurant management software business, based in Reading, is being showcased in a major new exhibition in the town titled - ‘Reading’s Digital Revolution.’ 

The exhibition is being held in the Sir John Madejski Gallery at Reading Museum and is open to the public now, through until November 2025. 

The Favouritetable story has been chosen to appear alongside 10 other local ICT-connected businesses, to represent the approximately 11,000 digital companies based in Reading. 

As a key exhibition participant, Favouritetable is highlighting its transformative impact on the UK hospitality industry, demonstrating how cutting-edge software is empowering restaurants, pubs, cafes, and bars across the UK.  

The invitation to participate in this landmark event cements Favouritetable’s position as an entrepreneurial leader in the UK’s hospitality sector, and as an exemplar of Reading’s thriving digital business community. 

Favouritetable was founded by Jaipal Yadav in 2010 after a conversation with a local restaurant owner revealed the high costs and inefficiencies of existing reservation systems.  

Determined to create a better solution, Yadav developed Favouritetable – an intuitive, web-based platform that streamlines restaurant operations, from online bookings and table management to payments, marketing, and customer relationship management. 

Over the years, Favouritetable has become an indispensable tool for restaurateurs, handling over 15 million bookings and serving more than 52 million diners annually.
