We love new customers!

by John Jones | Feb 14, 2022

Restaurant owners all love their regular customers, don’t they? Returning customers are the coveted bedrock of cafes, pubs, bars and eateries the world over, because that’s what hospitality is all about – creating a delivering a wonderful experience which customers just can’t get enough of. Plus, of course, there’s the obvious business benefit of repeat customers: solid, reliable income; no cost of acquisition and an army of brand advocates. Yes, regular customers are cherished above all others, period.

Next to existing customers, there is another group which also gives restaurateurs a warm glow: new customers. For many, there is nothing better than receiving an online booking from someone new. The reason is simple: new customers are a recognition of all that hard work and they prove that the restaurant’s strategy is the right one. Something is working, and that is a fact to be delighted with, especially in the current climate.

Here at favouritetable, we’re no different. We absolutely cherish our existing customers and are humbled by their commitment to us, often over many years. These are the people we were created to please: the hard-working folk constituting the engine of the UK’s hospitality sector. We salute you, and thank you.

As favouritetable continues to grow, we are thrilled that our restaurant management & reservation system is the go-to solution for F&B businesses seeking fully-featured software without the commission, or a proven alternative to the rip-off international brands which promise the world but deliver little (apart from exorbitant prices for basic features).

Each day, we are joined by new restaurateurs who love what we do. The favouritable family continues to grow as word gets out business owners don’t have to accept top-slicing of their profits, punitive contracts, awful support and clunky “take it or leave it” functionality – all in the name of restaurant software.

The diversity of customers coming to favouritetable is incredible. So, with a little fanfare, we’re delighted to share with you a small selection of our newest users and welcome them into the favouritetable family.
